Join Madelaine Momot, OlmstedOnline’s Digital Content Manager, on September 22nd for the first in a series of four workshops designed to explore the tools and methods available to access plans, documents and images related to the Olmsted Firm. OlmstedOnline is an online map and digital database brought to you by the National Association for Olmsted Parks.
The first session, “Finding Our Olmsted Legacy,” will offer an introduction to OlmstedOnline and provide guidance on how to search for an Olmsted job by highlighting the website’s ‘Explore the Map’ gallery and timeline features. Subsequent sessions will examine the Advanced Search feature of OlmstedOnline; Library of Congress resources and the Olmsted Archives (and Olmsted Research Guide Online) at the Frederick Law Olmsted National Historic Site.
